  • Design and Layout: A three-story complex comprising 21 buildings on a 14-acre site, adjacent to land owned by Bay Area Rapid Transit.

  • Unit Details: For-sale condos ranging from approximately 1,400 to 1,850 square feet, with 33 units designated as affordable housing.

  • Amenities: Modern architectural design with gray and white exteriors, offering a blend of style and functionality.

Serenity by Shea Homes

​

Serenity is an upcoming community of 89 stylish, newly constructed townhomes located just a few miles from downtown Livermore.

Key features include:

  • Floor Plans: Six unique designs ranging from approximately 1,582 to 2,395 square feet, offering 2 to 4 bedrooms and 2.5 to 3.5 bathrooms.

  • Design Elements: Homes spanning 3 to 4 levels, featuring finishes such as hardwood flooring, solid surface countertops, stainless steel appliances, and black accents throughout. Select floor plans include rooftop decks for outdoor enjoyment.

  • Community Amenities: Proximity to parks, biking/hiking/walking trails, and over 50 local wineries, providing residents with ample recreational opportunities.
