BEGINNINGS
Originally from Oxfordshire, England, Sam moved with his family to the Tri-Valley, where he has proudly called home since 2003.

After completing his education, Sam began his career at Postmates, an early-stage startup in San Francisco. His rapid rise within the company saw him leading its expansion from three markets to over 90 within just two years, establishing himself as a key driver of growth.

After years of traveling across the country to launch new markets, Sam sought a more rooted lifestyle. Encouraged by his brother Lawrence, a successful Realtor in Southern California, Sam pursued his real estate license, embarking on a new chapter as a dedicated Realtor. In 2018, he obtained his license & started working as part of a team.

Sam quickly learned that strategies learned in the startup world applied well to selling residential real estate. Within 3 years, his business had grown so fast that Sam ventured out as an individual agent.

Throughout his career as a real estate agent, Sam has had countless record sales, including the highest sales price records in Livermore, Dublin, San Ramon, Martinez, and Newark CA.
